Lukáš Hellesch

Software engineer and co-founder of a stealth startup. He built Zoplio with Jakub Dvořák, his co-founder and CTO, and it is on hold for now. The two still go to hackathons together. He has shipped many apps across software and AI, also runs sales, and is based in Prague, Czechia. Computer-science student at Charles University (MFF UK). Native Slovak, Czech and English at C1, German at B1 (DSD I).

Zoplio (on hold) is an AI agent you message on WhatsApp, Slack or email (“book 30 minutes with Ondro this week”). It contacts every invitee, negotiates a time and confirms with a calendar invite. Invitees install nothing and need no account. Built with Jakub Dvořák (CTO). On hold for now.

He also co-founded Appnestiq with Jakub in 2025. It offers self-hosted AI for teams whose code can’t go to cloud AI: a coding agent and a private AI chat on open models, on a server in the client’s name. It is back in focus.

Selected work

Boletiqo: give it an idea and it runs the company, a team of AI agents (CEO, CTO, CMO, CFO + specialists) that plan, ship, sell, and close all the way to revenue. Red Bull Basement ’26 national top 10, built on Anthropic MCP.
Ad-on-Wheels: full-stack marketplace pairing brands with car owners who display ads on their vehicles (bachelor thesis, MFF UK).
LockIn: accountability app. Lock the apps that distract you, and let friends review and approve every unlock (iOS app).
Talent Scout: Apify Actor that automates recruiter sourcing. It scrapes Google, LinkedIn and GitHub against a job description and ranks candidates with an LLM.
RISC-V OS kernel: three-person MFF UK project built bottom-up (allocator, scheduler, interrupts, virtual memory, syscalls, and a multi-process userspace).
Event Inventory Manager: warehouse and event-planning tool that replaced an Excel workflow, with an AI chatbot for fast inventory queries.

SF Tech Week (a16z, San Francisco, October 2026): his first time in the US. A week of founder and investor events, from a founders’ picnic in Alamo Square to a yacht party on the Bay.
Cursor Hackathon Prague (Cursor × SpaceXAI, Prague, September 2026), with Jakub: an afternoon hackathon at Productboard. They built an AI grandson that calls Grandpa, remembers every conversation and turns his stories into a family archive.
Prague Builder Day (Duvo × Anthropic, Prague, June 2026), with Jakub: a one-day AI hackathon. They built Grant Ops, an agent that checks research-grant expenses against the funder’s rulebook and flags what an auditor would claw back.
Red Bull Basement ’26 (Brno, May 2026), with Jakub: Czech national top 10. Pitched Boletiqo at the national final to about 80 people and a jury of Gabor Boros, Pavlína Louženská, Karolína Veis and Petr Potměšil.
Apify Hackathon ’26 (January 2026): co-built Talent Scout, an Apify Actor that sources and ranks candidates with an LLM.
